I don't really see how this fic is funny - maybe it's the mental picture of Sebastian playing with dolls?

But no, I really don't think it was funny at all because the whole atmosphere of the fic - the imagery you use - is full of twisted and dark connotations; I especially think that Ciel's reactions - which you depict as - pure mortification and horror definitely don't make this comedy. It's because, even though Sebastian is playing with dolls, the meaning behind this action is not innocent, but reveals how scary he is? And, not just scary, but ruthless, merciless in a way.

(I personally thought that he was mind-fucking Ciel, knowing that he was there and, by pretending not to notice him, revealed just how well he could read him?)

And I think the surroundings - the dark, unfurnished room - just makes it all so much creepier.

Putting my two cents here because I definitely view this fic as well-written horror.

Needless to mention, it's a very IC piece because you showed how dark this relationship is.

Omg that was creepy. AWESOME but creepy. God I suck at reading/watching anything horror so I'm PROBABLY going to have nightmares now but it still is a GOOD creepy and totally is going to make it worth scaring the living hell out of me.
