Would like to ask, for the top up right, you state that the shipping cost is $3.70. So 3 bucks is paid already, therefore, a top up of $0.70 should be the amount right? Why is it $2.44 instead? kindly advise. Thank You!

$3.70 is in US dollars. and the $3 u paid for initial shipping is SG dollars.
So shipping is actually $3.70*1.47

Payment of $5.29 received. But actual topup is $7.38. $5.29 is for Reg mail & 2.09 is actually topups for shipping cost.
