I used to like that show, which is a lot for me because I was pretty averse to all shows about teens and grownups. I also liked Suddenly Susan, though.

1) The sight gags are indeed the worst part of the show.
2) The second season is ridiculously well written.
3) There is something refreshing about a character who is so unapologetically herself, whatever the fuck that is.
4) I fucking love the Ally McBeal soundtrack.
5) That scene in a later season when Ally blames her roommate Renee for getting sexually assaulted INFURIATES ME.
