Confused ghost is confused

[Halloween was floating around looking rather confused. The darkness didn't bother him since he can see very clearly in the dark, as ghosts tend to glow a little in the dark, plus he is -- well a ghost. The dead have very good night vision.] Ooookay. What happened here?

[Halloween might see two dim glowing lights in the distance, one purple, one red. It's the Gemini twins' marks. They seem to have been coming at a fast pace, then slowing down. Then they waver-seems like the twins are fumbilng with something in the near darkness. What is it?]

[And thanks to the additional light from Halloween, Yuusei is able to find the switch on the flashlight that Carly Atlas gave him and flood the area around them with sufficent light to see.]
