Very cute! I love Kaiba brothers fluff, and the image of Seto cutting Mokuba's hair when they were younger was adorable.

LOL. I wondered if Mokuba just wanted his hair cut short from the summary. But it seems the situation is a little bit different than only that. I'm reminded of when Anne of Green Gables gave herself green hair. **snerk.**
