I'm home now, so the rules page has been updated to include the inclusion of a gen/het category. So far, though, I haven't had anyone email expressing interest in it. I will leave it up in the off chance someone does wish to enter it ( Read more... )

Hey, don't feel bad! I write slow myself (maybe because I handwrite first, instead of type), so my word count as of last night wasn't terribly more than that. That's a great starting point!

Hey, you've got me beat: I'm still in the planning stages ^_^

Granted, my story won't be open for voting since I'm a judge, but I'm gonna write anyway... once I get through planning... really.... ^^;

-Nods- Took me this long to have enough planned that I could even get started. I think me and my co-author are going to try and go for the long story category, but we're still not sure.
