When I saw this earlier, I was like "Hey... I'm an actress... and I live close enough to NYC..."

Of course I'm white, and can't speak Korean, so not going to happen even if I was inclined to audition. I do think they need some racial diversity though!

Hey, Korean proficiency is not requisite. No prejudice on nationality either. Just the ability to act in Korean. Should be easy with practice, right? ;)

It's tempting, but I'm terribly rusty, and eh. Plus, the application is confusing me...

Like, I know you don't have to know Korean right away (like Nichkhun, etc), but I'm pretty sure they're not going to choose a non-Asian. It just isn't good business. There are basically no famous non-Asian actors who are based in Asia. Just not their thing, which is understandable. Goodness knows there are very few famous Asian stars working in the US right now.

I think soooo many people are going to turn up.

It's great how they actually state on their website there is "No nationality or Education limitation". Whether that actually means that the audition is really extended to those who are not of asian ethnicity, it's left to be seen, but it sounds very positive.

i really think theyll think of talent/style/personality rather than asian/black/brown/pink/white/lime etc.
or i hope they would, gosh, i would love to be a trainee, but i have no talents whatsoever lmao.
