Actually, it looks like a pure shih tzu, shaven down. I just shaved ozzy down and he looks like a pug but it isn't so. You guys might want to contact SPCA and classifieds and asd and all to put up lost listings.

I'll keep a look out on the dog forums too.

if you guys can do it, hold on to the the dog first. :) (ie, don't surrender to spca and all)

If you need any help, write to me at jawskie at hotmail :)

You're right! Very shih tzu! He's a sweetie, we won't surrender him unless we find his owners. If we don't... we probably will keep him. (Or rather, grandma will.)

Thanks for helping me keep a lookout. He has no collar, probably not microchipped but I'll check.

What an interesting story! Your grandma sounds like a real character, and the dog is so sweet! I smiled when I read about your family trooping to her house with dog treats in hand ;)
P.S: I like your granny's sofa.

My granny's sofa is new and super solid. It will probably outlast WWIII. She is really quite a character, but according to my mom she's mellowed a lot now. She used to be really strict with her kids when they were young, because she had to bring them up alone. These days, my sister and I talk about her and always end up laughing. :)

I think it's a great blessing in life to have a granny you can laugh about and laugh with :)
