My reaction to this was OH MY AWESOME!!! For real. :D

The second he steps through the door, there's a scream of "Kei-chan" and then Tegoshi's flittering around him like a bird, eyes excited.
I love this. Tegoshi flittering like a bird because he can’t touch Koyama even though it’s obvious he wants to.

"Shige... in the group sessions at least, he used to not do much. Say things and trick the doctors in their own words like it was a game.
I can so see this. Smart Shige making a game of it.

For the first time ever, Koyama wakes up, the morning after sex, feeling disgusting and not at all happy.

And all the KoyaShige scenes, so much love. They are so precious together. So sweet how Koyama's grown to need him.

And Koyama's breakthrough, ahhhh... Man, Jin must be pissed but, that last scene, just so lovely. ♥ Gorgeous.
