The joining process is as follows (PLEASE READ BEFORE REPLYING):
✧Contact the division head! Very important - this can be done IC or OOC.
✧Interview with appropriate people. This is handwaved!
✧if patrol division: a trip into the ruins with one of the evaluators.
✧Comment below!
✧If your character wishes room and board, proceed to the page on lodgings and claim a room.
The form is filled out OOC, but you need not give any information that your character would keep hidden (so, for example, if they wouldn't admit to being a telepath, you don't have to put it down. Or you could put it down and mark it as a secret somehow).
Once these steps have been undertaken, consider yourself a member, without confirmation (unless your character is obviously evil in some way).
