They're Kansai Juniors, both in Jr.BOYS (special? or something). There's been a lot of shuffling lately, so I think they're in the same group again, although they hadn't been for a while, and weren't when this story was written. They've both been around for years and years, but you know, Kanju and all, so they don't get much exposure. Plus Yukito is technically still jailbait. :x
