i attempted to wait a few hours to calm down so i could leave a semi-coherent comment, but...that's probably not going to happen.

ok, first of all, i was so !!! that you picked this prompt bc i felt like i was asking for a lot in the prompt, and you delivered and did such a good job with it. TYSM. ♥

like, ok, you started with kid!chenyeol, like just take my heart already. Chanyeol takes a shaky breath. “But I want to marry him now,” the C U T E. that whole first scene, i just. i knew there was gonna be angst, so i tried to steel myself but it was so cute. and when chanyeol couldn't fit the ring on any of jongdae's little fingers. T____T

Chanyeol still misses Jongdae, but it’s more like he regrets that they didn’t grow up together like they were supposed to. There’s a picture of them together, taken when they were kids (shortly before Jongdae left) that sits on Chanyeol’s dresser. He looks at it every morning, but there’s not much he remembers about Jongdae anymore. W H Y Y Y Y Y Y Y

I don't even know what to say (ㅠ_ㅠ) the beginning was so sad! But cute! But sad! And then Baekhyun! And I didn't know what to think because Jongdae! But Baekhyun! (And here's me trying to hope for a happy ever after for all of them). But then you worked it around to Jongdae again and ♡ it was the best thing ever and Baekhyun was okay! And sassy! And the world is right again. I hope everyone reads this because it can't be missed ♡ (and I love the AU!!!! Like modern princes orz amazing) I'm sorry for the trash comment orz please know I truly loved the story though (ㅠ_ㅠ)
