this is absolutely lovely, it's already one of my favorites. every one of their interactions were so sweet, and i loved the dinner scene right at the end! jongin's relief and confidence really bled out of the story; and chanyeol was portrayed as such a loving and gentle person. ur writing flowed simple and so well, i loved it so much!

I loved this. I'm a big fan of chankai fics, and you write beautifully. The setting, jongin and chanyeol's individual characters, their dynamic, how sweetly their relationship grew, jongin's family, all were terrific. I was happy when jongin stood up for himself in the end (the power of love!), keeping it from careening into chankai angst territory.

Not that I think you ended it at a bad place, but I happily would have seen you take this through their golden years. <3

how i wish it was longer...
first of all, jongin's mom...omg...i knew shes gonna be such a trouble...
jongin..taking a leap of faith....and well...once u taste freedom and going back to what u used to (when he stays with his grandma), then the real jongin came out...
i love all of the moments, they were being flirty towards each other and tease...
love their moments in the train....somehow..they really just enjoying themselves being in the same space..not doing particularly anything...
love that jongin's family pretty much protects him...except for the mom
love that chanyeol..thinks abt jongin too...makes sure to respect their parents..
and seeing jongin fights to stay...makes me go....yessss nini..initiative!
then...jongin went bold and just name chanyeol boyfriend in front of stranger...yes...bold nini for the win!!!!
and how it worked out in the end... makes me go ahhhh! YESSSSS!!

see how many of the word "love" i used?...loved it very much!
