Everything about this story is amazing, perfect and on point. All the characters are just right, I love each one of them !!! I admit I have a soft spot for Jongin (not only because of my icon okay? lmao) and my heart was aching for him because this is so unfair and it's only a question of timing T.T But he gets his happy end and with sehun too so it makes it better <3 Chanyeol is painfully human and accomodating and the perfect boyfriend for Luhan !!! I mean, there isn't a lot of people who would have been okay to stay in a long-distance relationship and who would have waited all this months for their loved one...But Luhan is awesome too !!! At some point I thought Chanyeol and Jongin would become a thing, I was waiting for the drama but no ! The outcome of the fic would have been very different if they got together. It's happier and kinda hope inducing that way :3 It must be hard to choose between your lover and your dream/career, but even harder for the one who's being left.

You're absolutely right, it's totally an issue of timing! Like if Lu hadn't sat next to Chanyeol on that train... Sehun is the lucky bastard when it comes to the timing.
Chanyeol is a big lump of pathetic but is also the perfect bf for Lu, yes! But he could've been so good with Jongin too. I actually was in a long distance relationship for over a year (probably part of the reason I was so invested in writing this, hehe), and we survived without drama. Eventually it ended for unrelated reasons but yes, it is kinda hope inducing that way. Wow. I never thought of it that way before.
I'm glad the characters turned out ok, that's one of the hardest parts for me though I really enjoyed writing all the side characters. (yes, Zitao!) Thank you for reading and leaving such an insightful comment! <3
i 90% thought chanyeol was going to end up with jongin but i checked the pairings and was a bit disappointed that he didn't :((( but sekai in the end are so cute it's all right
the one line that resonated the most with me: The first streaks of cello smear across his ears before the lights slowly rise, a yellow green filter over the backlighting as fog starts to creep from the wings in slow tendrils, then thick curls. the unique description just made me alsdkfjlaskjdf probably the music nerd in me getting too excited ;___;
i loved this. it was paced well, and the characters made sense and i connected with them a lot ;; i don't think i have enough words to tell you how much i liked it so i'm keeping it short and simple, absolutely /fantastic/ job! ♥
the chankai was actually a last minute development, but it was still so hard to let Jongin down in the end T_T so yay sekai!

no, no I'm not. (wasn't? orz ><) basically, I specifically avoided writing chankai bc I thought I couldn't pull it off. but then Jongin weasled his adorable ass in there and caused me a string of problems. like I was finally approaching the end and then the Kris narrator voice in my head started pointing out the chankai elephant in the room with his beautiful long fingers >.<
well, it's one of those *it's really no one's fault that's just life* super sucky situations, both with the unrequited feels and the deserter bf Luhan. you would definitely be justified in dumping Lu's sorry ass though. (but tbh...that was me, I actually did that to someone. except it was a bff not a bf, but still only minimally more forgivable and I'm so glad she loves me and I didn't get dumped)
