He has his own reason, and its for Nino's sake :) Their past has something to do with the truth. Yes, Nino's blood has the same smell and taste as that certain someone in their past. It will be revealed soon :)

So the veil is slightly raised up...The vampires already tasted Nino's blood (his family's blood?) and Sho scared Nino's reaction when he will discover the truth about his parent's death, hm, hm...
Nino is confident enough to stay in this house, despite the vampire threat, thanks to Sho, I guess!

it's okay XD it's really similar with Nino's, so when they tasted Nino they remembered that certain person :p
yes half of it because of Sho and the other half because of his will to find the truth.
