I need an outlet for all my surplus romantic energy... I think I'll make Teddy a book. I've wanted to do that for a while.

Also, I made the most delicious fried chik'n yesterday, and today ate the best sandwich ever. Morningstar Meal Starters are now my best friends ever. Seriously, it's better than real chicken.

I saw that you were interested in the mica precolege program this year, so thought I should add you because I am as well. Just thought I'd clear up this random friending so you don't think I'm a felonous weirdo or something.

So, out of curioity, what programs are you taking?

I'm doing oil figure painting and artists' books. I think sculpture is my second choice, I can't remember the other options I put down...

It'd be great to meet people before going though. Are you applying for sure or just considering it?

I made a community for the program (hhehehehehe) It's mica_summer_08 and there are no members yet, but I saw that past years have had communities.

I want to do Illustration and Strictly Figure, with Graphic Design and Artists' books as my second choices. I'm not sure on what my third choices will be yet.

As of now, I'm applying for sure. Right now I'm trying to buff up my portfolio so I'll have a better chance at getting a scholarship.

i got in, its def. up there with my choices if i dont get into cooper cause micas offering me alot of good $$$ :)
also i love mica and have a buncha friends that go theres- i'm big on textile design n stuff so i'd probably go into their fibers or printmaking, maybe scuplture
