This is one of my favorite places in Europe.
Notre Dame de Paris

Should you ever have an opportunity to visit Paris, this is a good place to go whether or not you are Catholic.

I'm most certainly not Catholic, but I loved Notre Dame. It was sooo beautiful and it was like breathing in history as you walked around.

Sadly I didn't get to tour the gargoyles as they were doing restoration on the upper sections of the cathedral... but still, a wonderful experience.

Just beware of the creepy French street performers all around Notre Dame.

We didn't see street performers there, but we did see a lot of artists running about around the Eiffel Tower.
