Hey and thanks. [Calmly and cooly stepping in--deep down she's also kind of nervous. She is not used to...'sleep overs' either.]

It's no problem! [ Oh no what does she say now? ]

I just fixed up the house -- found one first, that is l- like you said -- and it's cleaner now for living in even though it seemed to be pretty clean from the day I first walked in but there were some things that I didn't like about it-- [ She catches herself before she says anything really stupid and embarrassing and turns her head to one side, flushed a little. ]

Oh, s- sorry I'm rambling again.

I have some tea set out in the lounge if you want to go there first.
