My bank has taken to putting little marketing surveys on the ATM screen while the machine is busy shuffling its $20 bills.
Today's poll:
How would you respond if this ATM were out of order?
A) Merely annoyed
B) Complain to someone (not at the bank)
C) Complain to someone at the bank

What are they hoping to learn from the survey? "If we leave our machines broken, customers will complain someplace other than the bank so we won't even have to hear them? Awesome."
