Well, there goes my main reason for wanting to play SWG. I'll be sad to see them go - a strict Stormtrooper RP group would have been awesome to game with.

Yeah, but having to be an Officer or Spy just to wear Stormtrooper armor?

How the fuck can they justify that?

But anything Sony does hardly surprises me, these days. The bastards know how to screw a game over, I'll give them that much.

... in light of what (little) I've read about the freeing up of the Jedi classes.

I guess someone decided they'd earn more from people who want to be Jedi as opposed to people who want to be Stormtroopers.

Or maybe they just needed to develop an Old Republic set of servers? Jedi galore, no whingeing.
