Bill would make it illegal to feed the obese (USA Today) House Bill No. 282, which was introduced this month, says:
Any food establishment to which this section applies shall not be allowed to serve food to any person who is obese, based on criteria prescribed by the State Department of Health after consultation with the Mississippi Council on

WTF? Do these legislators not realize that *everybody needs to eat*, and quitting food cold turkey would make fat people, you know, DIE, not lose weight?

As if other people's diets are any of the government's business anyway, but enforcing an INHERENTLY UNHEALTHY diet is completely mind-boggling...
