WHAT?
Holy shit! So I just finished watching "Apocalyse Nowish" and my mind can't even freaking comprehend what the f*ck just happened! I already knew Cordy slept with Connor, but I DID NOT KNOW THAT ANGEL SAW THEM!!!!! Seriously, my mouth is agape right now, I can't freaking take this. I don't understand! It's just like a pity f*ck or something?

Yeah. Not much I can add to this. That ep is the most infamous one in AtS history. It's just so, so wrong in many ways. If watching Cordy screw her 'almost son' isn't horrifying enough, watching Angel have his heart torn to shreds is the stuff of night terrors. I know you've gotten further and I don't want to spoil anything for you, but you'll get even more confused as the season goes on. Or maybe find the answers you seek, depending on how you theorize things.
I wish we could all just ignore that episode forever except for the part where Angel is on his knees like a knight proposing and Cordy says she loves him.

I think I'm more confused as the season goes on. I just kinda wanna move beyond this arc, if that's at all possible. I think Cordy isn't in S5 of Angel, except for You're Welcome and I hear that that's kinda a good ep for us so I think that's the only thing I'm looking foward to. :(
What part is that? When she tells him that she loves him but she can't be with him because she knows what he did as Angelus?

Yes, the part you talked about when she said she couldn't be with him because of all the Aus stuff.
You're Welcome (and only a few other eps of S5) are the only ones worth watching, IMO. S5 is all about retconning all the characters and pandering to the Buffy/Angel, Buffy/Spike shippers in order to up the ratings. It really is a completely different show during S5. Some love it because of Spike and the more comedic tone, and some (like me) despise that season because of all the wrongness going on. Cordy being gone and basically forgotten being the biggest negative. And when she comes back for YW, you can immediately feel the vibe of the show change and it's amazing how she brings the show alive again. :D

Awww, I loved that part. &hearts So beautiful, but also so sad. :(
Oh no, pandering to Buffy/Angel? Honestly? I don't think I want to watch that. Buffy and Angel have become such a joke to me that it would be torture watching them go back to that. How is that even possible after everything that's happened? Ugh. I'll get through it if only for the fact that some of the eps are good and You're Welcome is in S5. *sigh*
