It's normal to be off dry mix for up to about 3 days but as she's eating her greens and hay, this doesn't sound like anything to worry about. She might like to use her soft Vet-Bed as bedding because paper might be a bit rough on her wound.
We have our carefresh litter tray with some bits of shredded paper on top and the vetbedding is covering the rest of our cage. Yazmina is preferring to flop on the vetbedding and only goes to the litter tray to eat some hay or do her business at the moment.
She's still off her mix but enjoyed a nice tasty Excel nettle bunny spliff...
Yes please, come and help me out, Teddy. That way I'll have a nice big buck to cuddle up to and mummy will have to get me some more greens to make up for the lack of mix.

Get your mummy to keep hand feeding your sister, being waited on paw and hop helps.

Yaz is far from quiet. She already managed to jump on top of our cage trying to escape whilst mummy wasn't looking!
