Great ending! Not that you can't write a sequel if you feel the need, of course ; ) but I thought it ended in a great spot.

Very cool AU, and an interesting twist at the end.

As for the ending. I like how it ended too. But I'm thinking of exploring the world of Sam as a Lucifer type, and how Dean and Jo handle it. We'll see ;)
