Had to get up early to go with LEOs to decorate the West Covina rose float in Irwindale (at the float making company's site). >.< Sooo harddd. Why can't I sleep early anymore?!
My dad kind of got lost because the turn to the place was really small, formed by cones. We had to go BEFORE the 210 freeway, but actually travelled past. Luckily, the street ( Read more... )

I've sent money abroad in a few different way. I do NOT recommend concealed cash, as I'm glad you figured out. ;) I need to send money to a friend in Korea, and we had NO idea how to do it. My next attempt: to pay via Western Union. Ever done that?

ahaha I KNOWW! :( I learned the hard way unfortunately, and I'll NEVER do it again! ^_^ No I haven't, but it sounds pretty safe! I think I might try it someday, thanks so much for the advice. :D I'm glad your attempts didn't fail like mine though. The thing I love about postal money orders is that if it gets lost (like they can't find it), then I'll get a refund.

Actually, I meant to mention I HAD sent cash once, to a friend in Korea. Never arrived. :\ I didn't have another way to send it, but now I'm going to try Western Union. I haven't ever had a bad experience otherwise, and I buy online a LOT.

Never again! I hope it works out, let me know please! :D Haha that's really great though; lately I've been getting into buying stuff online though I don't have too much money. I'm so happy because one of my postal money orders arrived today at a seller's house, for some magazines. ^_^ Yaay.
