This past weekend really felt like the beginning of a summer vacation. Last week was still mainly dedicated for studies and other non-vacation stuff and this was the first weekend I could really kick back and relax. Sure, I still have to study for an exam, but I can do it this week...

All my younger years were "wasted" on basically not listening to music that much at all. Or rather, I did listen to the radio quite a lot, but I never was a proper fan of any band.

I know the feeling. I did listen to a lot of music, but was never really a fan of anybody. I've been enjoying the past couple of years that I've been in the jpop fandom a lot :D.

That's exactly what has happened to me. And if someone had told me some ten years ago that my thing would turn out to be metal music, I would've laughed. But never say never, I say. :D

Ah, darnit. Hopefully they'll play more awesome gigs for me to see, too. :/ I would've loved to be there on the gig instead of being bored at home. Although I must say I did get one essay done and quite a bit of reading done for Tuesday's exam.
