Roving to FO - Vinca

I used this roving to compete in the Ravelympics on Ravelry. The event I competed in was the Fleece to FO event. What you're supposed to do is spin the yarn from roving/fleece and then knit an FO with the yarn you spin. I just finished my hat tonight and I'm uber excited!

Beautiful! I love the feel of roving -- I just use it for felting. It must be so satisfying to spin your yarn and then use it for a beautiful finished product. i just joined Ravelry too.

Spinning is like my zen time. There is something so awesome about making yarn from roving. I also get into the rhythm of spinning which helps me unwind at the end of the day!!!
