I would have to buy a larger envelope if the mousepad is included, which would make shipping $3. Without the mousepad, shipping is $2.

I'm really sorry, but as much as I'd like to give a discount, I've already lowered the prices by a lot (original of the whole package would have been around $40), and adding the stickers would bring extra weight. I'm afraid your total will have to $16.79 (adding in paypal fees), unless you send the money by gift, which will make the total $16 only. If you decide to pass, I understand.

Shipping will be $4.62 unregistered through first class mail (which will take about three weeks to arrive) or $16.12 registered through first class mail. Priority mail is $13.95 (takes 6-10 days). I don't mind reserving the CD for you. I'll hold it for two weeks. :) And of course, prices are in USD btw.
