At least you got one good snowstorm out of the winter, even if fortuitous... and farther from the mountains than might be ideal.

Notice that one dirt road that crosses the train tracks, lined with linden trees. It's even more beautiful in the snow than the day before last, in the rain.

That's...oh.

The steaming white liquid cleans the wings, the green pellets sublimate into a thick liquid.

Also beautiful, strangely.

Discover that hotel is, in fact, on the dingy side of town, far from the harbor. Discover that room has scenic view of the city airport, which hotel directly abutts.

Oh, damn. What a freaking bummer.

Sauna and reindeer paté sound pretty nice, though. :-) One more day, and home...
