Short, beautiful, blond with a good little sense of humour when he opts to show it. He has serious personality issues. Far from the usual angst and repressed memories, Cloud outright stole someone else's memories until other people pointed out inaccuracies in what he was saying. The poor boy embodies conflict and self-hate and how could you not want to fix him up?

So very polite. Cheerful. Controlled. Until you snap off those limiters. Then - whuh.

16. Gwendal von Voltaire (Kyo Kara Maoh!) - 147
Gwendal can say more with a single raised eyebrow than most of his cast can say in twenty minutes. Also, he knits and makes adorable plushies. The perfect man? Perhaps.
Let's see…handsome, long-hair, uniform, brilliant sword skills. It takes a lot to put a smile on his face…but anything cute will do it. Awww. He's actually a big softie. And entirely lickable.
15. Tezuka Kunimitsu (Prince of Tennis) - 152
Ten laps around the tennis court for all those dirty thoughts you just had.
14. Yuki Eiri (Gravitation) - 154
A killer's eyes, a novelist's instincts...wait, there's a difference? Lke Usami and Howl, he's brilliantly talented but lacking in social skills. Like Soubi, he's tortured (though not quite as literally). Added bonus - if you watch the anime, his seiyuu is the luscious-voiced Inoue Kazukiko. MMM....what a combo!
13. Sephiroth (Final Fantasy VII) - 155
Sephiroth is the embodiment of a proud, proud tradition; the bad guy whose pants you want to get into, badly. Whose LEATHER pants you want to get into. Seriously, between the pretty-boy face, the masses of perfect silver hair, that body, and the wandering around in light bondage gear, how could you not go for it?
12. Usami Akihiko (Junjou Romantica) - 156
Rich and spoiled, he's used to getting what he wants…which includes stuffed animals (and cute ukes). Once he fixates on you, you might as well just give in.
11. Sesshomaru (Inuyasha) - 159
Is it the furry thing, the attitude problem, the resurrection sword? Or is it the pretty face? Yeah, it's probably the pretty face.
