Everyone is doing such a great job of handling Serph's silent tendencies, I'm jealous. I like that you did have him talk just a little here; he does talk in the game, it's just all done in text box choices so you never hear his voice. I think you hit a good mix of silence and talking for him.

The shift from leader/follower to comrades was well done, it flowed naturally and everything fit.
