I just realised...

If Mo does retire at the end of this season, this will be the last Jackie Robinson Day where there is a player who actually has #42 as his number...

You know it's early in the season when Derek Jeter has more home runs than Alex Rodriguez...

On another note, I was just on the mobile Yankees homepage where there are top fives. Jeter's first in average at .361. There is more than .100 between him and the next player: Nick Swisher at .242. And fifth is Russell Martin at .200 I know its early but DAYUM.
