I love both of those dresses - for myself and my style the top one is my fav. I love sleek and simple. Which one do you think your mom will prefer? Are you leaning now?

They are both beautiful! Either of those dresses would look beautiful on you. That Amsale dress is just gorgeous, I don't think I have ever seen that one before! It would be very had to choose between them.

I realize it really hinges on what these gowns look like on YOU, but I have to say of the two, #1 is my fave. It's stunning and with your beautiful figure I am sure you look stunning. I really do like the idea that you can take a gown like that in any direction with accessories because it is embellishment-free. Does that make sense?

Exactly, that was Amsale's point. She said with this dress, you are not investing in beading so you can invest in jewelry which you will get to wear again vs. the dress. I bought it hook line and sinker.
