Now that you have all gotten some proper practice in the art of duelling, I have another assignment for you. Multiple parts, and each will be graded separately.

[ooc: Lauren listed her current favorite as Stupefy. She fell maybe a quarter of an inch short in length in the description. The practical application would've been more in-detail, probably about three to four sentences. As for the last part, this probably would've been her favorite, describing her use of it in great detail, probably hitting double or triple the length needed]

[Grading is out of 15, with points translating directly into house points, rounded up where need be.]

1 - 3.5/5 - Done, the only complaint being the length, and the falling short thereof.
2 - 5/5 - Above and beyond the expectations, full credit.
3 - 5.5/5 - Extra half point awarded for the extra length - and the detail that came with it. Above and beyond expectations.

Total: 14/15

[Roxanne would have listed two as her favorites - Protego and Incendio, one for defense and offense but in order to properly do the assignment that was asked of her, she’d pick Incendio. She would have gone on to explain the functions of it and would have met the written length of requirement. The second portion would have gone into more details about her choice and she probably would throw in there why you should have two favorites instead of just one, explaining that practically, if one chose just a protection as their favorite they’d be in a perpetual stalemate and if they chose an attack as their favorite they’d wind up injured more often than not. BUT she would circle back around and finish the area off neatly. This would probably go way over the requested length. The third would be written with great gusto and enthusiasm, and included neat details of the spells reaction against Melvin’s robes. This would also have met (and waaaay exceeded) the required length.]
