Oooh, very interesting! I didn't see that twist coming at all. I really like the idea of the Master hiding in a world of fiction, rather than using the Chameleon Arch (and I'm very glad that Sherlock and John get to stay "real").

ETA: If I were Rose and Jack, I think I'd be a wee bit peeved about the Doctor asking the Master to come with them. I hope we get to see that conversation!
