I watched a little bit of it, I didn't want to spoil it too much for myself, but the Watanuki and Haruka scenes were so cute XD! Watanuki's antics seem extra funny and adorable in this episode XD
As for how the second one will tie in with TRC, I guess it's just best to wait and see xD But it seems so far away now (the second one comes out in June right? I dunno if I can wait that long @__@)

I think the kaesane here is from the verb 買える. That leaves us with:
Yuuko: "Syaoran"... still couldn't stir that child.
I think she's refering to the Real Sakura.

stir o__O what does that mean?? so Yuuko is saying "Syaoran" still couldn't get to R|Sakura??
But base on the context of what Yuuko was talking about, that would be odd that she would switch subject between talking about Watanuki connection with those whom they have paid their price to save him; And then suddenly switch to R|Sakura ^^;;
and I think even though "Syaoran" was looking up at Sakura on the cherry blossom tree in Nihon but as he looked down, he utter "do not disappear" which I think is directly related with Watanuki

I believe what she is saying is simply that Watanuki hasn't paid Shaoran back yet.
Basically, she's just listing the people who helped save Watanuki after he fell. He has already paid Himawari and Doumeki back, but not Shaoran. Also, there's Haruka, even though he didn't make a deal with Yuuko, which is why Watanuki goes into that old storeroom to retrieve 5 whatevers.

I think it wasn't, now you've mentioned about it. I think the purpose of this part is to explain who was involved with Watanuki, who he paid prices for! That part is clever!
