Oooh! There could be something like the good versus evil that affects appearance, like in that game Fable! Except it'll be female versus male and choices made during the game affect her appearance! Perhaps the final prize might be that damned elusive Y chromosome and it's her decision to either use it or destroy it, kind of like the One Ring.

And some games allow character creation, like Soul Calibur, you won't be able to give her own attack, but it would less time consuming that creating a Mugen character.
