I really hate being sick. Just. Ugh. When I'm too lightheaded to write or even tag, it's not a good time to come into work. Of course, that's exactly where I am, waiting for the orange juice and whatnot to kick in so I can feel a bit less like walking death

The King's Quest Retrospective, Music Movies and his LPs are great.

As for PUR, watch the paintbox pal stuff she does with Todd. It's absolutely hilarious.

It's not on the site TGWTG, but I like watching the people who work with JO on d2brigade.net. Professor Otaku, Vixen, and Arkada all have great stuff especially if you'r an anime fan. Professor Otaku did some specials on the DC animated movies that came out (or something) and I know Vixen has a Film Fox review where she looks at movies. So not all of it is anime.
In terms of movie reviewers/general commentary on pop culture I've also started watching Movie Bob's stuff (he's also not on TGWTG but is on Escapist Magazine's website). His two shows are Escape to the Movies which gives a review of current releases and The Big Picture which is the general pop culture commentary I mentioned. He kind of reminds me of Familiar Faces guy.
XD So, yeah, most of those aren't TGWTG related but if you're looking for more internet commentary people to check out those are my suggestions.

And another Escapist show I like is Extra Credits: http://www.escapistmagazine.com/videos/view/extra-credits

I enjoy Film Brain, and Cinema Snob is okay for once in a while... though, all the Snob's stuff is awful exploitation flicks (that review of Leprechaun he did with the Critic is the best thing he's watched by far), so YMMV.
If you like JO, I recommend checking out Y Ruler of Time's stuff--he updates slow, but it's still entertaining. Lanipator might be worth checking out, also.

People already mentioned MovieBob and The Escapist. I've been following him since he started and he's very enjoyable even when I don't agree with his opinion, but he's more of a straight reviewer in Escape to the Movies, so it may not be what you're looking for. The Big Picture's fun. My core watching list consist of him, Unskippable and Yahtzee, but Unskippable's hilarity varies depending on what game they're mocking and Yahtzee is Yahtzee, so I would take those with grains of salt.
