Thankyew! It's .MOV - I took it with my digital camera, which probably explains the not-so-great formatting. |D

If you can send it to me, I have Quicktime Pro, so I can compress it into an H264 MOV file. H264 is generally considered the best bang for your buck in terms of keeping down file size while maintaining video/audio quality.

I use iTunes, as you know by it constantly throwing me off by playing sound effects and songs. I used to use Windows Media Player before I got an iPod years ago.
