I've just watched the first episode of Bedlam, which the trailers made me think was going to be a British Supernatural and it is to a certain extent, but with enough differences to make it fresh. I think it's got potential, if only to slash Jed and Ryan ;-)!

I haven't seen it yet (despite being in the uk and having the channel tivo is a wonderful thing)
the one in the glasses (I don't know the character's name) is Will Young, who actually won Pop Idol over here (legend has it because he told Simon Cowell where to shove it with pointy things on, hell it's the reason i voted for him)

the song is considered one of the most beautiful released in the UK (which lets face it is often a sewer)

and he's openly gay and his boyf is beautiful too

I watched Bedlam too and I cursed it a little for making me find Will Young attractive, but oh god do I ship Jed/Ryan.

The second episode looks interesting.

LOL! I totally agree on both points! What did you think of the rest of the series? I thought it went downhill personally, especially as Ryan seemed to become Jed's lackey, rather than his peer and confidant :-(. That said, I would watch a second series!

Did you ever get to see it? The first couple of episodes were definitely the best, it lost its way a bit after that with regard to Ryan/Jed :-(.
