It took me full 20 secs to think what I wrote here before through, and... No, he isn't Riku, but you were close. His name is, sorry, was Daion and he was one of Tsuzuki's Shikigami, before I decided he was now going to represent Miyu-chan. =P

I only found out when I was doing scanlations for the old chapters from Hana to Yume, and there was Matsushita's tiny note in handwriting, which Theria translated as: "Daion, one of Tsuzuki's 12 Shikigami ->". XD
