I have read Cross soul in the actual context, and most of it is accurate, exc ept for the ending scene.

After the intamacy is over, Yami actually doubts that Yuugi still loves him, so he orders the puzzle to erase his memories of what they did. That is why Yuugi kisses the mirror in confusing, he still has his love in there for him but he doesn't remember anything. Cross Soul 2 is the sequel that continues the story as he tries to regain his memories. ^-^ Thought that would help a little.
