I totally agree~!! I think he kind of smiled twice in this episode to that sweet girl. I love that dog, espically when she woke up in the ICU seeing the dog sit there.

the pix little cutie girl scenes were my fav

though i have to say i didnt like saejima in this ep..

i wish it ll get more thrilling and "surprising"
