do ya know how to convert short vids into gifs? all the sites i found don't work...

to make a gif you need Ulead Gif Animator & Image Ready.
First,load the video into UGA,then save the images you want n load all the images you save in Image Ready.After you adjust the speed,just save it as gif and that's all~

so does that mean i have to save every frame of the vid, the upload it into ImageReady, then adjust speed? is that it?(does it take long?)

hmm,when you load the video frame,it depends on your computer speed,if your RAM is higher than it won't take long~
