AIEEEEEE-EEEEEEE! Of course the bastard shows up just AFTER they've taken that first step into a full relationship. Earlier and both Sherlock and John could have probably let go of each other. Later and they might have been fully cemented. But now? Who knows!?

I suppose that's what's going to be the worst, isn't it? Unless this ends in a threesome (or Victor has fallen out of love with Sherlock), someone is going to get hurt.
