Сегодня был опубликован indictment, вот он.
Вчера говорили, что counts семь, а оказалось, что их тридцать семь.
Я кое-что процитирую, но в общем и целом сложно не согласиться с этим: Still reading, but one theme is this is all recognizable behavior from the WH, the investigations, the impeachments, even just day-to-day screw ups and scandals - the one big difference is he no longer has the legal armor that POTUS and literally no one else in the world has.
Sharing classified information inappropriately? Sure did, but it’s just a scandal if you’re president, now it’s a crime. Obstruction and tampering? Complex question if you’re Robert Mueller investigating a president, not so complex if you’re Jack Smith.
О каких документах речь:The classified documents TRUMP stored in his boxes included information regarding defense and weapons capabilities of both the United States and foreign countries; United States nuclear programs; potential vulnerabilities of the United States and its allies to military attack; and plans for possible retaliation in response to a foreign attack. The unauthorized disclosure of these classified documents could put at risk the national security of the United States, foreign relations, the safety of the United States military, and human sources and the continued viability of sensitive intelligence collection methods.
Уже давно писали, что часть документов относилась к "United States nuclear programs", но потом над этим много смеялись.

a. In July 2021, at Trump National Golf Club in Bedminster, New Jersey (“The Bedminster Club”), during an audio-recorded meeting with a writer, a publisher, and two members of his staff, none of whom possessed a security clearance, TRUMP showed and described a “plan of attack” that TRUMP said was prepared for him by the Department of Defense and a senior military official. TRUMP told the individuals that the plan was “highly confidential” and “secret.” TRUMP also said, “as president I could have declassified it,” and, “Now I can’t, you know, but this is still a secret.”
b. In August or September 2021, at The Bedminster Club, TRUMP showed a representative of his political action committee who did not possess a security clearance a classified map related to a military operation and told the representative that he should not be showing it to the representative and that the representative should not get too close.
И еще из аудио-записей, это уже не из обвинительного акта. По-моему, это звучит буквально как комедия. Хотя почти все связанное с Трампом звучит как комедия... и одновременно как трагедия, когда вспоминаешь, что Трамп четыре года был президентом США и имеет неплохой шанс снова занять эту должность.
P.S. Очень познавательная цепочка твитов о том, как и почему все это случилось - все из-за того, что Трамп был очень зол на генералла Милли. Что, опять же, очень напоминает весь идиотизм трамповского президентства.
