I hope so. Lucifer did, anyway, when I first came home from the hospital. He sat on me and urgently demanded cuddles and wouldn't let me go.
And yes, the interesting activities will continue. My doctor had to eat her words (literally insofar, as she had to delete a passage with a recommendation from the letter to my GP) as I did everything I had said and wanted using my HAES approach and shunning weight loss; in addition, I ran a full kilometre today on the treadmill in the 20 minutes I was allotted, which isn't much for an experienced exerciser, but oodles more than I would have thought I can do, before this whole hullaballoo started.
I won at rehab -- now for the next part, back in RL...
