As I mentioned before I had a herniated disc around my L5-S1 vertebrae. I had to get surgery, which took place on Friday

I hurt my back on a float trip. It was kind of tight the next week but i played softball Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday. Then I was supposed to play on Sunday, but i wasn't going to, until we only had 10 people including me show up. So I hadnt stretched out or anything and then I had to make a play that made me twist my back really hard and ended up herniating a disc really badly :/
