The big day is here! If you are a participant in the "Alias: Dearly Departed" ficathon, post links to your stories at the master list!

First up, I'm posting my own. This was written for silk_knickers, who wanted Francie alive again, by hook or by crook.

This is wonderful -- I love Francie's narrative voice, and her limited take on Sydney's world as she tries to make sense of what's happened to her. there are too many funny lines to count, but I love the idea of bringing back everyone So funny!

I love the details Francie comes up with of Sydney's earlier life, too.

I'm so delighted you enjoyed it! And now I want spaghetti.

(FWIW, I didn't mean to imply that Sark hadn't known Allison pre-doubling; the Belarus Process -- highly developed technology that it must be -- brought people back exactly as they were when they died, so he would've expected Francie's face regardless.)

Everybody lives! As Nine would say.

And yes, even after being brought back from beyond, Francie still has no clue.

You? Rock. I was never too interested in Francie, but this makes a whole lot of sense, and I love that you managed to let her in on a lot of stuff, but keep her in the dark about most of it. So very appropo to the show.

I think this makes a whole lot of sense only in terms of Alias -- which, as silk_knickers recently noted, makes NO sense but in a very particular kind of way. Glad you enjoyed it!

I broke my own "no spoilers" rule and read this, even though I haven't seen a moment of the final season. Having Francie back was too big a temptation.

I'm glad I did. That was beautiful work.

Duly noted.

BTW, I loved her reaction to the "What was my favorite song..." question.
