I created a couple new origami units recently. So far I've used them to make tetrahedra and cubes, but once I fold enough of them I should be able to make a bunch more types of shape.
I tried this at work. Then I tried the pig (simpler). Then I made of flock of decreasingly deformed tiny cranes.
I work in a very tiny room with one other person, filled with various beeps and flashing lights. We like it toasty warm in there. Apparently adding oragami cranes makes the scene made it too surreal. No oragami in telemetry. *sigh*
